About the job
You will be joining our rapidly growing team in the US as our first HR professional on the ground in North America. This is a broad generalist role, with emphasis on Talent Acquisition, where you need to be able to combine your strengths as a hands-on “doer” with your passion for strategic HR in your daily job. You will also be part of a global People & Organisation team with colleagues in Sweden and UK, and participation in global projects is expected in the role.
You will be the primary point of contact in the People & Organisation team to the North America management and some of the responsibilities include:
Driving the full recruitment process until onboarding, together with hiring manager including capacity planning with local management as well as recruitment admin.
Local Employer Branding planning and execution of activities
Labor relations & compliance with labor legislation/policies.
Drive + support and train managers in all people & organisation-related processes, such as but not limited to:
Annual processes such as Performance Management and Salary reviews
Compensation & Benefits (salary benchmarking, developing benefits packages etc)
Individual development needs as well as Team development
Talent management and succession planning
Review feedback from annual employee survey together with the managers and support the managers in taking appropriate action
You also manage required HR administration as well as developing local HR policies and routines, based on need as the company grows and in alignment with group policies and most important – local business requirements.
About you
You are a results-oriented person with a passion for building stuff. You are self-motivated and you do take the actions needed to achieve results on own initiative. You have a higher level of integrity than most others, and you know how to build trust with your various stakeholders. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a HR-related field as a minimum, and have worked at least 5 years in a HR generalist or Talent Acquisition role previously, but are now ready to make a move to a company where you can have a strong impact. If you happen to have a background in either the Military or Tech industry, it is a great advantage. US citizenship is an absolute requirement for the position.
