Human Resources Director (HRD) – On Site
Salary Range – $120K-180K/year
California Rehab Institute is currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join their collaborative leadership team. Responsibilities Position Summary
Under the direction of the CEO, provides daily management and supervision of Human Resources function at assigned hospital. Assists management in identifying and maintaining optimal employee performance and engagement. Ensures all assigned employee transactions are accurately recorded within HR system. Coordinates payroll process at local level. Serves as liaison between Cal Rehab and Select Medical Corporate Office regarding HR-related projects and/or issues. Acts as HR resource to Cal Rehab Leadership Team and mentor to HR staff. Position has four direct reports.
