HR Coordinator
Capital Executive Limousine Inc. is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator for the Shuttle Bus Operation at Dulles International Airport.
As the Coordinator you will provide support to the Shuttle Operations General Manager in the following areas.
· Maintenance of employee Personnel files
· Administer background and drug testing programs
· Administer DOT Licensing requirements
· Prepare monthly reports
· Prepare payroll clock reconciliation
· Administer employee benefit programs
· Administer MWAA badge program
Education and Qualifications
· High School Diploma
· Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft office Suite
· Ability to manage confidential information
· Familiarity with HR/Payroll software preferably ADP
· Strong attention to detail
