Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager II in the Sexual/Domestic Violence & Underserved Victims Division, the Office Technician (OT) will work in a broad spectrum of administrative activities, and will be responsible for the continued coordination and program support functions to meet the needs and objectives of the Victim Services (VS) Branch. On a daily basis, the OT will mail log incoming correspondence, manage the Employee Training Request data base, act as a Receiver or Procurer (as assigned) in the pre/procurement process, merge files, file documents into the master grant files, maintain copy machines to ensure they are functioning and fully stocked with paper, maintain inventory and orderliness in the supply room, courier documents as needed throughout the local Cal OES campus, develop and utilize data entry tools. The Office Technician (OT) performs a broad range of duties requiring a high level of independence, creativity, and initiative relating to the operations of the Criminal Justice Division. Must be fully competent in Excel, Windows Suite, Access, and PowerPoint and be receptive to learning other software as needed.
