We are searching for a “people-focused”, experienced HR Generalist to lead, advise, and collaborate making positive impacts on employees at all levels throughout the organization.

Our successful HR Generalist will:*

• Build and maintain professional relationships with a “how can I help you” attitude.
• Lead and administer company benefits, including open enrollment, using various technologies.
• Be our subject matter expert on employment laws and best practices.
• Use your expertise to make recommendations on company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Manage the administration and communication for leaves of absence, FMLA, ADA, worker’s compensation … and more.

Requirements and responsibilities as our HR Generalist:*

• Earned a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field plus have 3 or more years of experience in HR; or equivalent combination.
• Use Microsoft Office applications and have a strong aptitude for technology.
• Effectively communicate through written and verbal skills.
• Organize and prioritize tasks through strong time managements skills.
• Are PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certified or seeking certification.
