The Sr. Director of Human Resources plans, organizes, directs, and controls employee relations and labor relation functions of Women & Infants Hospital.
The incumbent also coordinates CNE resources for assigned operating units including Talent and Acquisition, Workforce Planning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Occupational Health, Organizational Development and Learning, and HR Strategy, Quality, and Service Excellence.
The Sr. Director of Human Resources is responsible for the consistent application and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices for assigned areas, and also negotiates and administers the provisions of multiple collective bargaining agreements.
The incumbent participates in the development of Women and Infants’ and Care New England’s strategic goals, objectives, human resources development, and workforce needs.
The Sr. Director of Human Resources directs the Human Resources functions at the operating units and actively participates in the Senior Leadership Team and Operations Executive Teams at the operating units and executive teams at Care New England as assigned.
