Resp & Qualifications
PURPOSE:
Supports the functional areas of human resources including, but not limited to, recruitment and employment, employee relations , employee recognition and engagement, benefits administration, compensation, training, compliance, and special projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serves as a liaison between vendors and employees regarding Federal, State and company leave programs and advises on eligibility, coverage, and other benefit matters.
Respond to requests and escalations from HR Partners, employees, and area administrator.
Reviews notifications of leave status changes and performs necessary data entry.
Verifies integrity of data and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Prepares and validates invoicing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: High School Diploma.
Experience: 3 years years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Licenses/Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI Upon Hire.
