The HR Leader will collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the HR function to bring critical thought leadership and perspective on human resource strategy, organizational design and culture, leadership development, strategic workforce planning and talent development, team and organization effectiveness, and change management. This individual will translate business strategies and challenges into people strategies and plans as well as champion change to advance organizational goals and key strategic initiatives. Key Accountabilities
Serves as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, offering guidance and thought leadership on a range of people-related topics (e.g., culture, inclusion, development, team and organization effectiveness, change management)
Creates and champions strategies that drive an exceptional employee experience (e.g., diversity, retention, and engagement); ensures the identification and development of key talent for the future
Guides, coaches and influences business leaders to make strong organizational and people decisions that advance our organizational strategy execution
Provides business acumen, industry expertise and analytics to identify gaps and anticipate workforce impacts
Leverages data and metrics to determine trends, provide insights, and tell a story about the people needs within the function I order to influence stakeholders and drive solutions
Provides strategic leadership for key initiatives focused on talent, career and organizational capability development
Provides expert thought leadership in HR field and works with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. May provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience working in a regional or global role, supporting multiple countries
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field
Professional certification in human resources
Experience leading HR initiatives beyond the scope of steady-state support of the business
