Carolina Meadows is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with strong employee relations and recruiting experience who is looking for a rewarding career! Focused on Employee Engagement while ensuring that all employment policies and practices are followed and administered in a consistent, fair, equitable, and culturally competent manner that maintains the confidentiality and integrity of the organization. Must be able to plan, organize, and follow through on projects and initiatives, effectively use time management techniques, work independently, and exercise common sense to reach sound professional judgments on issues within areas of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent relevant experience considered.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience working in a Human Resources Generalist position in must include employee relations.
Facilitating Employee Relations concerns from beginning to end.
High volume full life cycle recruitment.
Healthcare HR industry experience is preferred.
Ability to exercise empathy and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential personnel issues and employee situations.
Conduct internal audits of HR processes and recommend process improvements.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of HR Information Systems is required.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimum guidance.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and propose possible solutions.
Ability to function as a team player.
Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with all levels in the organization.
Ability to perform in a positive, courteous, flexible, and adaptive manner.
An energetic personality with an approachable demeanor that can work well in a collaborative environment.
An ability to connect and build rapport with employees
