DUTIES:

· Configure hard drives, isolate and repair, software computer problems on PC workstations and Laptops.

· Install, troubleshoot, and configure the Windows 10 Operating System and Microsoft Office products.

· Knowledge of installing and supporting Citrix Thin Clients.

· Ability to install troubleshoot, VOIP Phones and their network connections.

· Perform rapid restoration of laptop and desktop computers through imaging

REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience in the installation, setup, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices e.g., printers and scanners.

· Experience testing equipment for diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.

· Ability to Analyze and troubleshoot connectivity issues

· Use of independent judgment and decision making

· Must possess driver’s license

PREFERENCES:

· knowledge of VOIP Systems and their Network Protocols.

· Knowledge of Microsoft software and the entire suite to Windows 10

· Knowledge of Cable TV systems

· Ability to analyze and troubleshoot in-house plant cabling such as copper and fiber

· Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Wide Area Network connections issues

· Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol

· Knowledge of IIIA/TIA 568 cable standards

· Knowledge of Microsoft ‘s Active Directory structure

· Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and floor plans
