The Opportunity

The Human Resources Assistant is part of the People Operations team and responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in support of People Operations and Talent Acquisition. In this entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to and support all things Human Resources for our fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the People Operations team including data entry, document preparation, and reporting

Assist with the recruiting process including posting jobs, composing offer letters, and scheduling interviews

Contribute to the development and deployment of the onboarding and offboarding processes

Support open-enrollment and benefits administration

Support performance evaluation processes

Serve as candidate liaison for onsite interviews

Consistently demonstrate the Cemvita Code

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Previous work experience in a professional office setting

Adept at Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills including business writing

Strong attention to detail

Energetic go-getter who demonstrates ownership and initiative

Passion for people

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Authorized to work in the United States without restriction
