R27477 Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (Sales & Marketing)
Overview of Position
This position, reporting to the Director of Finance, Sales & Marketing, is the primary owner of the Change Healthcare financial planning activities supporting the Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a leadership role in driving enterprise-wide financial process and cadence. Primary responsibilities include driving cross-functional coordination, collaboration, and standardization. Requires a firm understanding of bottom-up drivers of financial results while also being able to simplify complex topics and deliver a clear narrative.
In addition to the FP&A focus, this position is responsible for various impact analysis across the Sales enterprise. This position plays a lead role in the monthly close, long-range strategic planning and annual financial planning processes, and will be assigned special projects often relating to strategic analysis or other enterprise activities. The highest level of integrity in managing confidential information is required.
The individual must possess a strong understanding of the company’s vision and financial performance and effectively communicate this information to internal stakeholders and board-level constituents. This is a highly visible role which requires the candidate to interact with senior and executive leaders across the company daily and be comfortable driving outcomes including timely cross-functional deliverables.
