We are seeking a multi-functional individual that can be both professional and friendly. This position requires both face-to-face interaction with patients as well as detailed paper, phone, and computer work.
Monday through Friday from 7:45am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Front Office: Answering telephone, assist patients with booking appts, registering new patients, reviewing insurance eligibility, setting up diagnostic tests as needed, processing referral requests, helping w/ medical records requests, & project based needs as requested.
Cross-train in multiple areas to provide backup coverage if needed.
Requirements:
Required Experience in customer support and services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work as a team player
Knowledge of Apple Products, including troubleshooting iPad
Job Type: Full-time
