ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Manage multiple projects without having direct supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or other related field and 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of formal education and recruiting experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Occasional travel and overnight stay may be required.
Cherokee Federal employees are included as covered employees in U.S. Presidential Executive Order 14042, which mandates COVID vaccines for federal contractors. Executive Order 14042 is currently blocked from enforcement pending court proceedings.
