Job Description
Children’s Wisconsin is currently hiring for a full time HR Service Center Representative. This position will provide cross-functional HR services to the workforce by playing a pivotal role in supporting the HR functions in their resolution of worker inquiries and requests. This role is the first line of contact with employees and leaders to solve their cases and ensure a seamless employee experience in solving, escalating, or transferring the requests. This role will be primarily remote, with the flexiblity to work onsite as needed. This role will work typical daytime business hours Monday through Friday.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required and 1 year relevant HR experience
Understanding of the HR function and employee requests, benefits, and HR lifecycle
Ability to organize and prioritize activities
Requires social sensitivity and confidentiality to employee’s personal information and situations
Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner
