Great company located in Portersville is seeking an HR Assistant:
- Lead direct labor recruiting through scheduling interviews and setting up drug screens and completing background checks.
- Assist the Human Resource Manager and other departmental employees with specialized projects as needed.
- Assist with HR related activities, which include recruiting events, etc.
- Generates reports and designs special reports as requested.
Previous Experience:
- 2-3 Years previous experience in human resource administration or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of human resource practices required.
- HRIS experience preferred.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm (may be negotiable with hours)
Pay rate: $21/hr.
Temp to hire position for the right candidate.
