Position Summary
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing drives teams toward success in achieving high occupancy levels at all supported communities, connecting older adults and their families with the care and services that will enrich the quality and dignity of their life. Under occasional supervision, directs and creates organizational strategies for sales and marketing efforts of all supported communities and services lines. Leads initiatives to include; creation of proven sales systems and adherence to those systems, research to ensure market relevance and competitiveness of services and communities, creation of marketing campaigns and strategies to increase leads and conversions. Supervises the regional sales and marketing directors and supports their leadership with community teams to obtain and retain solid census in all service lines. Ensures that the Standard Operating Procedures, fiduciary responsibility within scope of work, company policies are followed and strives to deliver on the organizational vision, mission and values.
