This role will collaborate with business and market leaders to develop recruitment strategies and activities to proactively source and attract top talent alignment with Church’s strategies and culture. This position is responsible for developing, implementing pro-active sourcing, attraction strategies, and cultivating qualified candidates.
The Restaurant Recruiter will optimize our ability to attract and retain the best talent in the market, support Church’s brand, and differentiate us from our competitors. In addition, this individual will develop resourcing methodology strategies related to search and selection, workforce planning, candidate assessment and inductions.
Additional duties may include ownership for projects as assigned. Recruiting will be the primary role for this position (approximately 90 % to 95%).
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding for all team member level restaurant roles with a focus on candidates that fit with the Church’s culture and values, promote diversity in the workplace and continuously lift capability in the company.
• Identify future talent needs. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, networking events and other sourcing methods for hard to fill jobs.
• Ensure a high standard of candidate care is maintained during the sourcing and on boarding of candidates and potential candidates at all times. Ensure all processes and recruitment decisions are aligned to the recruitment policy and procedures, compensation and benefits guidelines and other company policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to the process and candidate experience
• Maintain internal job board and Team Church’s Careers page
• Create and vet offer letters • Work with hiring managers to lead, manage, and update progress for recruitment efforts for restaurant positions
• Oversee candidate relocation program for Restaurant Management • Oversee e-verify and I-9 process in Workday for Restaurant Hiring
• Maintain up-to-date staffing report, search progress, candidate database and all related staffing communications
• Special projects and other duties as assigned Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline with 5/7 years of direct recruitment experience required.
• Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and On-Boarding a plus
• Must be a self-starter who does not require constant supervision
• Proven record of accomplishment of sourcing and placing top talent, building pipelines and effectively developing relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience in managing large volume recruitment with a high attention to candidate care, attention to detail and quality of work.
• Able to work with, quickly build rapport and influence people at all levels across the organization and in the field.
• Internal recruitment experience within a corporate/matrix organization

• Experience in behavioral based recruitment techniques and psychometric testing tools.
