Overview:
The Talent Development Program Manager provides expertise in governance and maintenance of key talent programs, including leadership development, coaching, and performance management. This role is key to ensuring our talent offerings are aligned to external emerging trends and incorporate the latest technologies to accelerate our employee and manager development efforts. This position is fully-remote based in the Northeastern/East Coast regions OR remote-based in the United Kingdom.
