El Supervisor Snior de Apoyo de Operaciones es un puesto de nivel gerencial intermedio a cargo de brindar total liderazgo y direccin a un equipo de empleados, para suministrar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, en coordinacin con el equipo central de Operaciones. El objetivo general de este rol es garantizar la entrega perfecta de servicios de apoyo de operaciones en coherencia con los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.
**Responsabilidades:**
+ Liderar y orientar al pequeo equipo de Apoyo de operaciones (en general, de hasta 10 personas) mediante la delegacin de tareas y responsabilidades cotidianas y la recomendacin de nuevos procedimientos de trabajo para ayudar a agilizar las operaciones.
+ Realizar la capacitacin, controlar la calidad y cantidad de trabajo del equipo y brindar comentarios sobre el desempeo, incluidas las recomendaciones sobre aumentos de salario, ascensos, desvinculaciones, etc.
+ Analizar informacin de operaciones y realizar juicios de evaluacin para resolver problemas.
+ Ser responsable de identificar y resolver problemas de rutina y problemas operativos con impacto ms amplio en el departamento dentro de los procedimientos establecidos.
+ Identificar necesidades de contratacin para asegurar una adecuada dotacin de personal.
+ Fungir como reemplazo de gerentes, segn sea necesario.
+ Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideracin particular por la reputacin de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la poltica, aplicando un juicio tico slido en relacin con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prcticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, as como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estndares.
**Calificaciones:**
+ Entre 2 y 5 aos de experiencia comercial relacionada, incluido al menos un ao de experiencia en supervisin.
+ Dominio de Microsoft Office.
+ Habilidades de motivacin y liderazgo proactivo.
+ Habilidades comprobadas de organizacin y gestin del tiempo.
+ Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolucin de problemas.
+ Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicacin escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
**Educacin:**
+ Ttulo universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.

Requires a basic conceptual/ practical grounding in policies as they apply to the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Influences decisions through advice, counsel, facilitating services to others or through joint accountability for volume, quality and timeliness of end results. No direct responsibility for financial or resource planning. Work generally affects own team as well as other closely related work teams. Full supervisory responsibilities. including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities. **Responsibilities:**
+ Establishing and overseeing the application of operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks. Individuals in this group independently asses risks and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices. Governance and oversight may include (not limited to) technology operational risk, risk for example.
+ Looks for ways to improve the current process and share best practices with senior leadership.
+ Participates in senior leadership meetings to analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed.
+ Assists senior level management in gathering data and information for executive level reporting and to take ownership of specified projects and tasks.
+ Builds trusted internal and external customer relationships
+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
+ Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
+ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
+ Ability to manage teams.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years relevant experience
+ High Level analytical research and investigative skill set including experience with background checks/intelligence/customer research/transactional analysis
+ High level of analytical skills and complex problem-solving
+ Excellent planning and organizational skills
+ Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel)
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Knowledge of internal control and risk
