The HR coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level while adhering to company policies and employment law. This position provides daily support to human resources functions as needed (ie- record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry). Acts as the first point-of-contact for team members regarding Human Resources issues.

Responsibilities:
What you ll do:
Here is some insight into what a typical day can include:
Onboarding of new hires and give each new team member a great onboarding experience
Providing administrative support to our disciplinary system for front line team members
Coaching and developing our Hospitality Managers to better serve our people
Develop team member engagement by coordinating perks programs, recognition awards, team building events, and on site visits!
Conducting stay and exit interviews to gather feedback on how to continuously improve the Citrin experience
Maintaining and providing administrative support for our Human Resources Information System
Overall day to day support for onboarding, offboarding, team member relations, engagement, performance reviews, compensation and benefits, and other administrative tasks.
This is a HYBRID position in which you will be working from both our home office location and also working remotely as well.
We promise to deliver an outstanding experience for our clients, their guests, and our people, so you must stay organized, make good decisions, and be able to problem solve on the fly!
Qualifications:
Requirements and Preferred Experience:
Strong oral and written communication skills (required)
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint (required)
It s a bonus if you have experience with Google products!
Administrative or receptionist experience preferred
HR knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred -OR- a combination of education and work experiences

Compensation: $38,000-$44,000 depending on experience
