Graduation from a High School or GED equivalent, and
Two (2) years of related experience; or
Any equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
Working knowledge of: the principles and practices of modern public administration; and modern records management techniques;
Skill in operation of listed tools and equipment;
Ability to: accurately record and maintain records; establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public; and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Job Scope
Major Objectives/Primary Goals –
Provides excellent customer service and support to the Department and patrons coming into the Department.
Ensures good stewardship through controlling cost of supplies and using City time and resources wisely.
Maintaining good communication and working relationships with patrons, other City departments and co-workers.

Must be able to speak and understand the English language*
Must be able to reach for and handle objects.
