City Wide Facility Solutions – North Carolina is seeking a Vice President of Operations possessing dynamic leadership and sales skills to join our successful team in Raleigh/Durham! This position is responsible for the sales, operations and management of our contracted facility services client base and growing additional streams of revenue.

The compensation package for this role includes a base salary and bonus package above six figures. City Wide Facility Solutions seeks candidates with drive, passion and qualified to become key contributors in the growth, profitability and financial strength of the business.

• Responsible for the hiring, retention and development of Directors of Operations, Senior Facility Services Managers, Facility Services Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Managers.
• Lead the Account Management team to meet or exceed company defined sales goals for non-janitorial service and supply revenue
• Lead the Account Management team to meet or exceed company defined contracted services customer revenue retention goals
• Forecast sales for extra add on services and supply revenue. Develop plans to overcome any deficits.
• Lead the Account Management team in building relationships with client decision makers at multiple levels within each client location.
• Work with outside sales team as needed to support new account starts.
• Grow and diversify the pool of independent contractor companies to work with
• Responsible for final decisions with regards to suspending or terminating service. Reasons may include safety, non-payment or other scenarios that could negatively impact City Wide.
• Manage to labor costs and other items as budgeted in company financials.
• Manage final decisions and communication for client price increases.
• Responsible for the Account Management team’s overall accuracy of invoicing including managing the team to meet internal deadlines.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal & company best practices, as well as, company policies and procedures.
• Travel on a consistent basis with Facility Services Managers in their assigned territories to help maintain and build client relationships.
• Manage regular touch points with Facility Services Managers and Senior Facility Services Managers (for example daily conversations, weekly recap etc…)
• Review client requests, ratings and complaints to seek trends that impact client retention and proper contractor placement.
• Regular and prompt attendance

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience is a leadership role within the facility management, building maintenance or equivalent industry.
• Track record of success for achieving top line sales growth and/or client retention
• Progressing levels of responsibility within key roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related field
• Proficient in financial concepts and reporting to include balance sheet, profit & loss, EBITA and cash flow
• Proficient use of Asana (or other project management software), CRM, MS Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
