What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with the VP, Marketing and broader Marketing teams to define commercial growth strategies and ensure flawless execution.
Execute and develop programs to drive commercial activation of FreeWheel’s technology.
Work cross functionally across revenue and product teams on the buy and sell side to drive adoption and activation for our clients (Publishers, MVPDs, Digital-First Publishers)
Help refine our commercial story and narrative that is brought to market via external revenue teams and commercial conversations, as well as external programs and press.
Develop and drive marketing strategies and executions in conjunction with related departments – Sales, Brand Marketing, Product, etc. – to reinforce our leadership and change perceptions when necessary.
Craft and provide the revenue teams with materials — collateral, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, external client communication, etc.
Drive key client initiatives such as RFIs, RFPs, etc. with key commercial leads.
Generate industry intelligence (client and competitive) with a focus on the messaging , trends, rebuttals, FAQs, etc.
Translate complicated concepts and initiatives into commercial/market-facing formats to drive understanding and adoption
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with advertising technology, programmatic experience, or ad agency strongly preferred
6-8 years of industry experience
Ad Tech or Advertising Industry experience and general media understanding
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to lead trainings /presentations
Ability to simplify complex ideas for general understanding
Ability to prioritize and focus on the projects that will have the biggest revenue impact
A passion for where advertising tech and media is going ne xt
