DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position provides clerical support in the Records Center within the Northwest Regional Office. This position maintains records in the form of hard copies, microfiche, aperture cards, maps, and electronic formats in the Records Center and in the Records Management System (RMS) database. This position also provides phone coverage, front door coverage and mail room operation.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.
Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
