DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Clerical Assistant 3 you will schedule hearings, mediations and conferences; input/retrieve/review computer data. You will open, review and processes mail/email. Answer telephone, provide follow-up. Types/proofreads/reviews decisions/reports/letters. Process appeals; files case files/documents, operate office equipment. You will be required to travel to training/seminars/meetings and lift 20-25 pounds.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.
Work hours are: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Allentown.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or
One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
You must pass the test to meet the Minimum Experience and Training Requirements.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
