As a Partner Impact and Capacity Lead you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the equitable distribution of resources throughout our service area. The Lead will be instrumental in mixed-method research, outreach, and data analysis, focusing on enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of our network food distribution partners. This role will require travel to our warehouse location in Egg Harbor Township, NJ as well based on business needs. What you’ll do in your role:
- Lead the development and implementation of agency tiering and segmentation strategies.
- Lead the spatial analysis of CFBNJ’s service area by integrating various food insecurity datasets with internal distribution and agency data.
- Identify partners demonstrating best practices and those requiring further development. Utilize data collection and analysis to optimize the allocation of resources, including those provided through The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) commodities distribution.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve the capacity and distribution capabilities of the network, ensuring efficient and impactful service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather insights and facilitate the sharing of best practices among partners.
- Design and implement capacity-building programs tailored to the needs of partners at different stages of development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and programs, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and provide regular reporting on project progress and outcomes to CFBNJ leadership and funders.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- You should have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for visits to partner agencies and community events.
- Experience with grants management and reporting is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as public administration, business, social sciences, or related discipline. 10 years of related nonprofit management or program management experience may be substituted for a degree.
- You will have demonstrated the ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including community leaders and government officials.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation.
