We are seeking a Full-Time National Recruiting Coordinator. The National Recruiting Coordinator attracts talented staff to support our mission and help improve the lives of people with disabilities. You will be responsible for the full-lifecycle recruitment of support staff nationally. You will also work with the National Human Resources Team to identify priorities in local operations recruitment efforts. This position will require travel between offices in the absence of the local Recruiting Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, the goal of the National Recruiting Coordinator is to provide support and structure for our rapidly growing business and enhance the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and development efforts nationally
Provide training on the recruitment process, including extending offers, obtaining references, and conducting background checks
Help regions develop and maintain applicant and interview data tracking systems
Pre-screen potential candidates and schedule interviews
On-board new employees in our HRIS and programmatic technology platforms
Facilitate new hire training and orientation
Oversee HRIS system workflows, including the submission and approval of required documents
Represent Community Options at community events including job fairs
Assist management with program operations and scheduling
Assist with staff training and development efforts nationally
Train management and staff on COI systems and methodology
Recommend necessary changes in current recruitment practices and procedures
Actively maintain positive candidate engagement throughout the entire onboarding process
Work with the National Recruitment Team to prioritize and understand recruitment priorities
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Minimum of 3-years’ experience in a recruiting or HR role
Ability to travel 50% of the time

Strong understanding of and ability to develop connections with local community partners, resources, and networks for recruitment development
Knowledge and understanding of national regulatory agency operations
