Job Description The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining a well organized office environment. With a strong Accounting background, they will handle financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Please send resumes to [email protected]
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am -5:00pm (Fully on-site)
Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
- Office Management and Bookkeeping
- Answering phones
- Administrative support work
- Working with Purchase Orders
- Work with the Sales Department to obtain price quotes
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Check runs
- Operations / Vendor management, working in portals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Assist with biweekly payroll using Paychex
- Must have finance/accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Must live locally to the Northern Bergen County area
