Computer World Services, Corporation (CWS) is seeking an exceptional candidate to serve as Logistics and Warehouse Manager for the United States Army Reserve (USAR) Command Control Communications, Computers, & Information (C4IM) Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) program responsible for performing non-personal Information Technology (IT) Services and support requirements. United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) G-6 owns and operates Army Reserve Network (ARNet) and Secure Army Reserve Network (SARNet) to provide continuous secure and nonsecure data, voice, and video transport, data center services, hosted applications, file services, collaboration tools, cybersecurity, remote access, continuity of operations, and customer service across the USAR enterprise IAW Army Regulation (AR) 25-1 Army Information Technology and other governing documents and outlined in the Army’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Management (C4IM) Services List. These services are provided to 65,000 users with network accounts at approximately 700 locations, primarily in the continental United States with a few in Puerto Rico, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific region. 2 of the locations contain the primary and secondary enterprise network processing centers.

• The Candidate is responsible for review/develop/modify/test procedures and systems requirements to manage property book requirements directly supporting DoD Enterprise infrastructure and infostructure IT goals and projects. Train internal and external customers regarding procedures/ processes and software applications. Conduct internal audits and development/ review of corrective action plans. Negotiate supplier agreements and service contracts as required by job. Have knowledge of capital procurement processes. Perform duties and responsibilities as the lead on process improvement teams. Coordinate workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements.
• The success candidate will have experience with Information Technology support within a federal government environment (DoD preferred) and demonstrated experience in IT services contracts. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will have expertise in managing performance, cost, schedule, and quality to meet or exceed requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• The Logistics & Warehouse Manager provides logistics and warehouse services at the Government facility. Responsible to receive, store, and ship Government owned equipment and property from vendors, USARC G-6, and USAR facilities worldwide. Tasks include:

• Operate warehouse IAW the applicable publications listed in Attachment 6 – Publications.

• Property Book Operations: Perform property book operations, conduct inventory, in/out process, store, and prepare for disposal all equipment from a variety of sources for G-6 IAW AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA Pam 710-2-1, DA Pam 710-2-2.
• Maintain automated records using GCSS-Army as the system of record for inventory and operations and to produce inventory records, inventory reports, and other storage reports for G-6.
• Complete inspections and inventories as scheduled by the Government. Contractor shall coordinate property accountability activities with G6 Logistics Manager, USARC PBO, and RD PBOs as required to meet AR 710-2 requirements.
• Verify all equipment by vendor part number and serial number. All inventories will be completed the month scheduled and process all adjustments and corrections as a result of the inventory within 30 days. Inventory of active network equipment shall be performed by electronic validation using network tools such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure, ForeScout, and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Upon discovery of any inventory discrepancy, inform the immediate Contractor supervisor, G-6 Logistics Manager, and USARC PBO. Notify COR.
• Perform day to day operations to maintain property accountability.
• Manage, follow-up, and initiate actions on requests, lateral transfer directives, and turn in directives for USAR facilities. Prepare and configure equipment to support operational requirements such as initial fielding, lifecycle replacement, warranty replacement, and equipment transfers. Package or prepare equipment for shipments and complete all documents required.
• Prepare property for disposal according to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Equipment Disposition requirements as outlined in AR 710-2. Disposal activities for information technology (IT) equipment must follow cybersecurity requirements. Provide report with a scanned copy of all receiving and shipping artifacts attached to PBO and NOC/SOC Chief by close of business daily.
• Personnel will wear personal protective equipment, including reflective vests, safety shoes, safety glasses, and hard hats while in the storage areas of the warehouse. Comply with local/state/federal codes, regulations, and laws concerning workplace safety and wellbeing of warehouse personnel IAW information and regulatory guidance on https:www.osha.gov.

• Safeguarding Government Owned Property. Generate processes and procedures to safeguard and maintain full visibility and control of all equipment in its possession. Enterprise warehouse operations begin once an item is received and accepted by Contractor logistics personnel. Key references include Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), AR 710-2 Supply Policy below the National Level, Army Regulation (AR) 735-5 Policies and Procedures for Property Accountability and AR 740-1 Storage and Supply Activity Operations.
• Initiate, process, and/or complete property book transactions or other logistics information, system transactions, and complete the required documentation to maintain accurate durable and non-expendable property accounting for activities and facilities. All transactions will be processed and property accounted for within 2 business days.

Education & Experience

• BA/BS Degree with 12+ years of experience or MA/MS with 10+ years of experience (required)

Certifications

• DoD 8570.01-M baseline certified (required)
• Industry certifications relevant to the position (required)

Security Clearance

• US Government Secret (T3) clearance is required

Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)

• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations to meet mission requirements and undergo training maybe required. The support outside Ft. Bragg, NC including OCONUS if required, will be designated as TDY.
