The Role:

The Human Resource Manager will lead & provide expert-level facilitation and guidance to a skilled team for high-impact achievements that include but are not limited to:

• Promote, support, and role model our corporate strategy, culture, and values in all actions and offerings
• Manage and educate employees on the company benefit program.
• Lead employee relations and internal PR as needed
• Take charge and collaborate on large scale, employee facing company events.
• Partake in evaluation and management of company HRIS system to strengthen a centralized hub of master employee data and analytics.
• Manage post offer functions such as drug screenings and background checks. Vendor management skills required as needed.
• Perform, collect, and manage exit interviews from all terminated employees.
• Act as a “door-stopper” to sales calls and maintain a secure check in process within the lobby at headquarters.
• Run reoccurring reports for leadership review and involvement.
• Provide employee announcements including but not limited to, promotions, additions, accomplishments, etc.
• Track and disperse employee anniversary gifts.
• Manage employee files.
• Revise and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Manage unemployment claims.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of laws, ordinances, regulations and statutes which govern human resources functions.
• Possess the ability to effectively lead or work as a member of a self-directed work team.
• Skill and ability to negotiate collective bargaining and other employment related agreements in the best interest of the company.
• Ability and experience to develop long-term human resource solutions and programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to plan, assign, delegate and direct work of administrative and supervisory personnel.
• Exceptional ability to work effectively with executive level management and department heads, employees, and the general public.
• Ability to maintain security and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Minimum years of relevant work experience: 5-10.
• 4 year college degree in relatable study preferred.
• Must be able to maintain productive working relationships and treat fellow employees with respect.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
