The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing and directing the development, implementation and execution of key people systems and processes across the company. This is the highest human resource position and is a key member of the overall management team.
Directs and coordinates organization activities related to human resources and education functions. Job duties include, but are not limited to, employment, compensation, benefits, payroll, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, education, recruitment, and safety. Establishes and implements programs and policies designed to protect company and employee interests in accordance with company HR policies and governmental laws and regulations. Develops and recommends policies for approval by senior management.
