Confidential Technology Company Hiring for Services Project Coordinator Job at Deerfield Beach, FL Full Time

The Services Project Coordinator is responsible for managing field materials and monitoring field operations on active projects including scheduling, logistics, control, change, and documentation as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage field parts inventory including receipt, warehousing, issuance, forecasting, replenishment, returns and waste supporting production schedules.
• Monitor field staff logistics including capacity by skill level, credentials, screening, equipment and calibration, registration, and vehicle readiness escalating deficiencies.
• Monitor project schedule including design, materials and staff availability and escalate gaps as detected.
• Monitor production adherence to documentation, craft, and quality standards and mitigate deficiencies.
• Provide project status reports, frequently communicate project status to stakeholders, and immediately escalate problems.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with significant project activities.
• Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Strong customer-facing presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in written responses and when submitting reports.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to interface and monitor dynamic, contractor workforce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education/Experience/Training
• B.S. in Computer Science or 8+ years related work experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong CATV (both Video and Data Services).
• Technical Operations experience.
• Integration, field service & remote support experience.
• Experience in the following technologies preferred: HFC, Optical Network, Transport, Distribution, Active and Passive components, Forward and Return Path, Cable Plant performance optimization.
