THE POSITION

The HR Service Administrator will be responsible for:

• Submitting new relocation requests
• Managing relationship with relocation vendor, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers during relocation process
• Managing relocation invoicing for payment
• Year-end processing and reporting for HR system data
• HR data administration based on employee, manager and HR manager requests to ensure accurate and timely payroll and employee data administration
• Providing high quality data to local and global data platforms for other important HR services: payroll, fleet management, LOA benefits, time entry, etc.
• Providing customer service via phone, email and ticket management system to managers and employees in a variety of work locations

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional experience
• MS Office experience
• Proficient in excel
• Ability to think analytically
• Highly level of Customer service and attention to detail
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• SAP HR and SAP Employee Central experience
• Experience within a HR Shared Services/operations environment
