About You
You are a skilled Web Developer with at least one year of experience building A/B tests for Conversion Optimization using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and DOM with a passion for analytics and results.
You are comfortable diving into existing pages, inserting new elements and moving things around across a wide variety of platforms. You have a strong bias towards action and the ability to own a project.
You will work with the project management team to alter and test multiple versions of a web page. You will be expected to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Must be a self-motivated go-getter who thrives in an environment where success is expected.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- 2+ years of building A|B and/or MV website tests
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and DOM
- Interface with 3rd-party APIs to manipulate things such as stop/stop video, create new slides in carousels, override existing overlays, etc.
- Deal with browser compatibility issues
- Discipline to QA your code on a variety of devices, browsers and operating systems.
- Own your code, assuring only quality tested code is deployed
- Examples of these skills in action include:
- Hide, alter, move, re-style and/or create new elements on pages using JavaScript
- Alter shopping experience behavior (changing what items are added to the cart, quantities, etc)
- Manipulate controls created by 3rd party libraries such as videos (start/stop a video, etc), image sliders (for example, Nivo slider), and/or lightbox windows

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
