Due to our growth, we are adding to the Facilities team. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for multiple restaurant locations and in maintaining the Facilities operations within a specific market/region. This person will ensure restaurants are receiving preventative maintenance, repair services, and capex projects in a timely, cost- effective and efficient manner. The Manager will forecast and manage Facilities R&M budgets, Capex budgets and oversees quality control within the region. This person will work closely within the operation teams, including field leadership, to communicate and enhance the support provided by the Facilities maintenance function. This position will be 100% remote, ideally in one of our existing Cooper’s Hawk markets- Midwest, Florida, Mid-Atlantic.
