Corbion has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced human resources leader who can play a key role in supporting the human resources functions both globally and multi business units.
Responsibilities for this HR Manager II include driving culture enhancements, succession planning, talent management, employee relations, change management and performance management. This professional will ensure HR activities are properly implemented and maintained by being hands-on and able to work independently as a partner to internal staff, managers, other HR teammates and outside HR vendors.
