The Coordinator, HR Compliance, performs Human Resources duties in the areas of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and JD Edwards review. Conducts quality assurance reviews for accuracy of documents uploaded in the ATS and information transferred/input into the JDE system by HR staff. Communicates effectively with recruiting, recruiting coordinators and Human Resources Managers to assure that all necessary edits and process improvement practices are completed. Assists with responding to disposition questions from HR staff.
Assists in the departmental review of closed applicant information that is maintained in the Applicant Tracking System and JDE systems.
Reviews candidate files to ensure that all pre- and post-interview documentation is completed and uploaded into the ATS system correctly.
Performs audits of processed applicant information to assess compliance with company procedures and contract language.
Ensures closed applications are dispositioned accurately and timely within the ATS. Conducts quality assurance reviews to ensure that selected candidates meet eligibility requirements, and that rehire eligibility and CoreCivic requirements are applied appropriately.
Ascertains whether ATS transactions are properly supported and recorded. Periodically recommends process improvements that increase efficiency and/or accuracy. Prepares and maintains accurate audit working papers, logs and files to support audit findings.
Communicates effectively with Human Resources Managers and other HR staff and serves as a contact for questions regarding ATS review/edits.
Assists in conducting physical inventories as needed, and records and maintains up-to-date status reports.
Domestic U.S. travel may be required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent is required. Associate’s degree in Human Resources or an acceptable related field is preferred.
Two years of Human Resources or similar administrative support experience is required. Additional qualifying education at an accredited college, business school or technical institute in office administration or a related field may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
Proficiency in Excel is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Must be detail-oriented, organized and have a concern for accuracy and timeliness.
Knowledge of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and an applicant tracking (ATS) system is preferred.
