We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team. This position is a critical member of the HR/L&D Business Support team. The Learning and Development Business Partner develops, coordinates, and executes employee training and development for the following business lines: Commercial, Retail Lending, Marketing, Finance, and all back office. This includes, but is not limited to, a wide variety of training such as: products, procedures, retail initiatives, professional and personal development, and regulatory new hire orientation.

The Learning and Development Business Partner develops, coordinates, and executes employee training and development for assigned business lines within the bank. This includes, but is not limited to, a wide variety of training such as: products, procedures, retail initiatives, professional and personal development, and regulatory new hire orientation.
