As a Human Resources Business Partner, youll create a competitive advantage by being an Employee Relations subject matter expert and partnering with employees and business partners to provide resources and guidance when complex workplace issues arise. You will demonstrate leadership and initiative by mentoring others and using sound analysis to suggest proactive solutions to address business needs. Youll respond to complex Employee Relations matters and identify solutions that align with Coty policy and culture. Youll approach your work proactively and in a consultative manner educating employees and managers at each touch point, enabling them to make decisions that provide a fair and consistent employment experience throughout the organization, thereby stewarding the employment and cultural brand of Coty.
