CreditXpert Hiring for Human Resources Manager Job at Remote Full Time

Summary

We are hiring a Human Resources Manager to the Team! In this role you will be a business partner with the Executive Team being the voice for defining, maintaining and evolving our culture and making sure that CreditXpert is a great place to work. You will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to the following: employment, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, EEO, compensation/benefits, and organizational development. In the recruitment arena you will be the head cheerleader for the company as we continue to grow and hire the best. Develop, implement, and advise all management in Human Resources policies, processes, and procedures. Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal and state employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and the Executive team to ensure HR is supporting the company goals and objectives
• Develop and administer various Human Resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
• Take the lead on culture to continue to make CreditXpert an extraordinary place to work.
• Develop and implement HR processes and procedures for consistency and effective management practices
• Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department
• Manage and fully participate in HR/Payroll system maintenance and continue to assess efficiency and possible implementation of other modules or turning on the modules within Paylocity. Provide training to end users as applicable
• Develop and maintain applicable reports and filings (EEO-1 annually), maintaining other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations

Staffing

• Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and closing of candidates.
• Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings, and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage third-party staffing agency to ensure solid understanding of the hiring needs.

• Develop and implement an effective performance evaluation and feedback system for all employees
• Implement and annually update compensation programs, conducting annual salary surveys, analyzing compensation, and monitoring performance evaluation program and revising as necessary
• Perform benefit administration to include invoice approval and annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness, information activities program, and cash flow
• Develop and be responsible for an annual budget for the HR function that will include recruiting cost, employee development programs and other related HR activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or human resources management field. and five (5) years solid HR business partner experience or appropriate combination of education and experience; years of experience should include the following:
• Two (2) years of recruitment experience, preferably with IT professionals;
• Two (2) years of training experience including supervisory and management training and implementing an employee development program

• Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to lead culture in the company.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of local, state and federal laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience developing and implementing solutions to complex situions that call for ingenuity and creativity.
• Effective interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues, and to interact with a wide range of individuals
• Demonstrated ability to earn trust of colleagues and maintain confidences by doing what is right; regarded as visible and accessible by employees and managemednt
• Highly developed communication skills, both oral and written, in order to communicate effectively in one-on-one, small group and public speaking contexts
• Ability to multi-task, organizing and prioritizing work in an efficient, productive manner
• Flexibility to adjust quickly to changing priorities and coping effectively with both complexity and ambiguity
• Proven sound and accurate judgment; ability to make timely decisions
• Tenacity to ensure follow up and follow through
• Professional certification as CP/PHR or SCP/SPHR certification preferred
