Summary
We are hiring a Human Resources Manager to the Team! In this role you will be a business partner with the Executive Team being the voice for defining, maintaining and evolving our culture and making sure that CreditXpert is a great place to work. You will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to the following: employment, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, EEO, compensation/benefits, and organizational development. In the recruitment arena you will be the head cheerleader for the company as we continue to grow and hire the best. Develop, implement, and advise all management in Human Resources policies, processes, and procedures. Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal and state employment regulations.
