Tipico North America is looking for someone who help scale growth and implement recruiting strategies to identify, gauge and attract qualified talent for our US operations.
This position requires someone who will elevate our recruitment practices by creating a level of excitement, brainpower and enthusiasm not only to the team but to everyone you come in contact with. We need someone to lead our team of recruiters and advance, push and execute on the staffing strategies of the business.
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and work together with the rest of management team and employees. They will be responsible for contributing to the overall continued growth of the company by recruiting top notch talent while creating a career brand for Tipico USA. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:
Determine quarterly objectives and priorities, providing ongoing performance metrics and feedback, training and development support for the recruitment team.
Create, apply and continuously improve the recruitment processes and programs for hiring.
Manage our ATS system (Smart Recruiters) and ensure it is being optimized.
Create content, manage, implement and execute employer branding as it relates to recruitment. This includes managing all social channels of @lifeattipico as well as our Linkedin pages creating and improving our brand as a new company here in the US.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements for all hires and their impact on the company and their team’s needs.
Manage full cycle recruiting processes for our business organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience – mostly focused on senior management and C-Level hires.
Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages.
Attract and retain the best talent to achieve a diverse, inclusive and creative environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years experience in talent acquisition with full-cycle and high-volume as a manager or team lead – closing tough candidates, managing demanding hiring managers and deadlines and leading a successful team.
Experience in fast-growth, dynamic environment managing multiple projects and pipelines with a tech focus.
Experience building inclusive and diverse teams for recruiting and for the company.
Proven ability to create employer branding initiatives and drive them through social posts and gain a following.
Must have the ability to lead others; provide clear, fair and challenging goals and ongoing performance feedback.
Experience translating data and analytics into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations
Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
Demonstrable experience developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategy plans
Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite with a working knowledge of various CRM, HRIS systems, and ATS (preferably Smart Recruiters).
