As an HR Data Analyst on the Human Resources Technology team, you will be partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver data analytics that will ultimately help CSC leaders make better decisions regarding our most important asset: CSC employees. This role presents a unique opportunity to blend an interest in Human Resources knowledge with analytical skills. The HR Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for bringing together and analyzing people data to spot trends, answer business questions, and provide recommendations for next steps.
This role would best suit someone who is savvy with assembling, analyzing, and summarizing data. Someone who has exceptional attention to detail and tenacity, is able to think outside of the box, and has great relationship building skills will do well in this position.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Utilize our data analytics tool to gather, analyze, and summarize data that responds to business questions
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand business needs and determine relevant data to track over time
Prepare and provide data findings in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders
Introduce streamlined solutions to existing HR processes through the use of HCM reporting tools that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Provide recommendations for ways to best view and interpret HCM data
Conduct periodic analysis of data to identify data integrity issues and opportunities for improving data quality
Provide reports to assist with regulatory reporting and compliance audits

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
Passion for learning
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience with report-writing and/or data analytics
General knowledge of Human Resources and HCM systems is preferred
