The HR Generalist position is responsible for assisting with enrichment of the employee experience from candidate attraction/recruitment through employee separation. This position will oversee many recruitment and hiring efforts in the college and will be relied on to provide expertise and guidance to attract top talent. The HR Generalist will also assist with mentorship program implementation, workforce planning, employee development, communications, culture initiatives, employee relations, compensation, dashboard creation and data analysis, career mobility, and succession planning.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; or Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years Human Resources experience.
Experience in recruiting and onboarding in a human resources role.
Experience designing, developing, and/or implementing new programs, processes, or initiatives
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to approach programs with creativity and innovation and to be adaptable in times of change.
Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of collaboration with all campus constituents and commitment to effectively working with others.
Demonstrated organizational skills, including thorough implementation of complex projects, prioritizing multiple deadlines, and maintaining a high level of quality.
