Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that client billings are accurately prepared, promptly submitted to owner/client, and are in accordance with contract terms.
Ensure that cost reports, schedule of values and owner/client billings are properly set up at job start to comply with contractual requirements.
Review and process subcontractor monthly pay applications and ensure all supporting attachments are included and accurate. Follow up with subcontractors to obtain any missing documents so subcontractors are paid on time.
Obtain proper approvals for Subcontractor billings/invoices
Input approved Subcontractor billings/invoices and process payments
Maintain excellent vendor/subcontractor relations
Collaborate with project management team to process monthly pay applications to owners/clients. Assemble owner/client billing package in accordance with contract terms and conditions for review and approval by the Controller and follow up appropriately to
ensure timely payment.
Subcontractor and supplier Lien Release Tracking
Respond to Preliminary Notice information requests
Track Preliminary Notices from Subcontractor, Sub-Tier and Supplier/Vendor
Maintain Project filing system in accordance with company guidelines
Close out project upon completion final subcontractor payments, final releases, etc.
Provide project team with various ad hoc reports and analysis as required
Assist Controller with other support functions as requested
