JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to plant and office environments including occasional exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold or chemicals. The work environment is characterized as an office setting, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
