Delaware North Hiring for HR Coordinator, Guaranteed Rate Field at Chicago, Illinois Full Time

The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for an HR Coordinator to join the team at Guranteed Rate Field in Chicago, Illinois . As an HR Coordinator you will be an integral part of the HR team by assisting the department with the day-to-day operations at Guranteed Rate Field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Human Resources Manager with HR related functions.
• Maintain and upload training records and provide reports after audits to management.
• Assist the HR team with hiring events throughout the season.
• Available to work events (days, nights, weekends) to engage with team members and managers as it relates to our customer service standards.
• Support the team with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
• Assist with pre-employment paperwork for incoming associates.
• Ensure federal, state, local, and company regulations are followed when handling hard and digital associate files.
• Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Complete essential administration tasks; answering emails, phone calls, and filing.
• All other duties assigned
• Seasonal role to end when the season concludes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience or advanced degree in a Human Resources is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge with the following programs People Manager, Shift, and ServSafe Alcohol a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
