Work you’ll do
Utilize various technology landscapes for technology-enabled approaches to change management resource planning
Work to inform clients’ technology decisions, facilitate the scaling of capabilities and promote the delivery of organization vision within a team
Identify strategies that will enable transformation change for a variety of clients
Leverage data and insights to manage, optimize and ultimately sustain the desired solutions
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation and internet research tools
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring and daily interactions with clients

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of full-time professional work experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Travel up to 60%, Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in STEM, Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems or other related fields
Professional full-time work experience delivering technology focused change management solutions to clients, including slide deck, training guides, ERP change management roadmaps, etc.
