Deloitte’s Workforce Strategy & Solutions (WSS) team collaborates across the Deloitte businesses to shape our future workforce strategy – including the design, development, and implementation of ‘future of work’ strategies, human centered end-to-end workforce solutions, and strategic workforce planning initiatives. The team tackles the firm’s most critical workforce strategy opportunities.
The role
As a Workforce Planning Senior Manager, you will assume a lead role in the design and execution of enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning initiatives. This role will deliver sophisticated analysis, technology and planning tools to evolve the firm’s workforce planning capability. Blending skills in business strategy, financial acumen, data analysis and consulting this role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The Workforce Planning Senior Manager is accountable for providing insights and guidance to inform future focused planning activities (i.e., Long Term Plan, business annual plans), delivering workforce planning tools and solutions, and serving as an integration point across stakeholder groups to drive more collaborative workforce planning.
The ideal candidate has deep business advisor and/or firmwide strategy experience and is a strategic, big picture thinker who can connect the dots across a broad landscape, align insights to firm and business goals, and anticipate the needs and concerns of senior leaders. Key to this role is the ability to consider issues from multiple perspectives, have strong influencing capability and be extremely proactive in driving results.

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,070 to $175,080
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
