Dentive is looking for a Clinical & Operations Recruiter who wants to be a part of a fast-growing organization. We have 40+ practices, located across the United States, and we are looking for a dedicated recruiter to take us to the next level. How will YOU be successful?
Effectively establish a recruiting strategy for dentist, hygienist, dental assistants and corporate positions.
Responsible for sourcing using various platforms and innovative techniques to meet business needs.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting from attraction to new hire start date.
Provides timely updates to candidates and hiring managers while maintaining talent pipeline.
Manages requisitions, updates candidate profiles, and adds all relevant communication in ATS.
Extends candidate(s) offers, manages all salary negotiations by partnering with hiring managers.
Effectively drive employee referrals and manage social media recruiting platforms.
Collaborates with hiring managers to determine recruiting needs and forecast for turnover and growth.
Establish college partnerships with dental schools.
Other duties assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of recruiting experience for a fast-growing organization.
Experience sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Willing to travel up to 10%.
Preferred:
Experience with dentist or clinical recruiting
Experience with college recruiting

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Has the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.
Works in moderate noise
